Testimonials
Working with Amanda was an incredible eye-opener for me. Her talent in coaching has allowed me to see clearly challenges in my work life. I have learned to manage my workflow and let others around me grow at their own pace. Because of this internal adjustment, I am now able to have a balanced lifestyle and have more clarity on my professional and personal life priorities.
- Director, Advocacy Organization
Amanda is an excellent, attuned listener. She is patient and inviting. She meets you where you are and rather than give answers, she guides you into seeing yourself and holds you responsible for your choices. Through my work with Amanda, I gained the courage to name and own the spark inside of me. I articulated and confirmed my values and learned to push myself forward in their direction. Her voice still rings in my head as I make choices, and I am proud to say that I am now pursuing a path that feels on purpose. I owe so much of it to Amanda and recommend her work with all of my expanded heart.
- Filmmaker and Educator
Thanks to my coaching sessions, I am willing and able to take risky leaps into uncertainty that has allowed me to lean into challenge, change and growth in my professional life. It has been a gift to dig into my values, to see them as a guiding point in my career development and to deepen my work in the world.

LeaderCoaching with Amanda has helped me grow into my leadership role as a coordinator of a statewide anti-prison coalition. Her guidance supported me to make strategic decisions, work through challenging dynamics with co-workers and to grow more confident in my own skills.
– Director, Statewide Coalition
Through supportive coaching Amanda helped me find a life path that was in alignment with my values, talents, desires, and true self. This was particularly helpful for me in a time of major transition, yet during my transition I was able to step into my full radiance.
– Director, Youth Development Organization
I'm a visual learner. Amanda sensed this immediately and guided me through visualizations that allowed me to grasp how an amorphous concept like change could look in my everyday life. More importantly, she supported me in establishing new habits to manifest and sustain that change. I would recommend her coaching to anyone seeking greater clarity and intentionality in work and in life.
